Shipping Policy

We ship all orders within 1–3 business days from the time your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is fulfilled.

Shipping Times:
•    Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (US)
•    Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Shipping Providers:
We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for fast and reliable delivery.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Orders over $50 may qualify for free shipping (check current promotions).

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays. If your tracking shows an issue, please contact the shipping provider first. If unresolved, reach out to us at support@Toukio.com and we’ll help resolve it.
