Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused items only. Opened or used food items are not eligible for return due to health and safety guidelines, To initiate a return, email support@toukio.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds: Refunds are issued for damaged or incorrect items only. You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photos. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once approved. Return Shipping: Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective. Exchanges: We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days, Email us to arrange the exchange process.
